Case study: Software & Implementation Services

This was a design project I undertook for an Australian company called Software and Implementation Services (SIS), via a logo competition. They wanted a logo for their software they had developed.

Even though I didn’t win the contest, it’s a good example of a nice crisp design that is punchy and characteristic of a modern software company and worth showing.

Creating anything via a design crowd sourcing website is a strange experience and one that I haven’t repeated since. As a designer you get very little feedback from any work submitted and from the client's point of view, any work received can be subject to copyright infringement.
